Manhunt underway for attempted murder suspect

The Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office is on the lookout for a man wanted for attempted first-degree murder.

Keynon Frazier, 18, has been identified as one of the men involved in a shooting back on Nov. 25 at a house in the 5400 block of Asbury Lane.

Investigators say the shooting happened during a robbery involving drugs.

Ricky Blomgren and Vincent Efferson were both injured in the shooting and have also been arrested on related charges.

Frazier is described as a black male, standing 5'9", weighing 160 lbs., with blonde hair, green eyes, and numerous tattoos on his arms. His last known address was the 3000 block of Boone Street in Shreveport.
