A man and woman who were roommates of a Bossier City man arrested last week on possession of stolen things and drug charges are now in jail.

Emily Thrash, 27, and John Thomson III, 37, of the 2800 block of Patricia Dr., were taken into custody Sunday night by the Shreveport Police Department at a local hotel.

On Monday Thrash and Thomson were booked into the Bossier Maximum Security Facility.

Thrash and Thomson have been charged with felony illegal possession of stolen things, 2 counts of possession of Xanax, 2 counts of possession of morphine and amphetamine and 1 count of possession of marijuana.   Their bond has been set at $26,000.

Thrash and Thomson were roommates of Roger Burgdorf, who was arrested Thursday after detectives recovered stolen items from his house taken in a burglary in Shreveport on New Year's Day.

Investigators also found drugs at the home, as well as stolen items from recent Bossier City burglaries.
