Texarkana test drive ends in arrest

Texarkana, Texas Police responded to an Aggravated Robbery call at approximately 11 a.m. today in the 1400 block of South Park Rd. 

The two suspects, entered a local car dealership in the 3200 block of Summerhill Rd., and they asked to take a test drive in a, silver 2010 Ford Mustang.  While on the test drive they pulled over at a local park in the 1400 block of South Park Rd.  The suspects allegedly produced a handgun and made the salesman exit the car and give them his cellphone.  The suspects then took the car and fled the scene. 

A short time later, Officers with the Miller County Sheriff’s Office and Arkansas Game and Fish located the vehicle in Texarkana Arkansas, and the suspects were subsequently arrested.
