Texarkana Texas Police are investigating an overnight robbery of a local convenience store.

At approximately 3:07 a.m. today, two male subjects entered a convenience store located in the 5100 block of Summerhill Road and made a small cash transaction.  One of the subjects then produced a black semi-automatic pistol and ordered the clerk to open the cash register.  After both subjects pulled money from the register drawer, one of them came behind the counter and took several packages of cigarettes and lighters.  Both then fled the store on foot.

The first suspect was wearing a black hoodie jacket and is described as a 25-30 year old black male who is 5-08 and 200 pounds.  The second is a black male believed to be in his early 30’s who is 5-09 and 180 pounds.  He was wearing a black toboggan and what appeared to be a brown leather jacket with some type of a patch in the middle of the back.

Anyone with information related to this robbery is asked to contact the Texarkana Texas Police Department at 903-798-3170 or Crime Stoppers at 903-793-STOP.
