A warrant for the arrest of Jamrzia Leonard, 20, who faces one count of aggravated second degree battery.

On March 1, Shreveport Police responded to a shooting that occurred near the intersection of Burke and Parkridge Streets in west Shreveport.  Upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered the victim, an 18-year-old male, suffering a single gunshot wound to the leg.

The victim, whose injuries were considered to be non-life threatening, refused medical treatment.
