DeLano Henry - Bureau Reporter

DeLano Henry joined the NBC 6 News team in February 2016 as a bureau reporter in Texarkana, Texas.
Before moving to Texarkana, he graduated from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff in December 2015.

During that time, DeLano completed an internship at Fox 16 and KARK Channel 4 News, our sister station in Little Rock, Ark. He also gained political experience when he interned with the Oversight of Government and Reform Committee under Representative Elijah E. Cummings at the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington D.C.  

DeLano is an Arkansas native and was raised in Gurdon, Ark.

He is a spring 2015 initiate of the Rho Gamma Chapter of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Fraternity of America and Alpha Psi Omega National Theater Honor Society.

During this time, DeLano was also a member of UAPB's internationally renowned Vesper Choir.

In his spare time, DeLano enjoys reading, singing, acting, traveling and speaking to youth about chasing their dreams.
