The event has been going on for over a year, but is it safe?
We spoke with many owners of food trucks today and they say, yes.
In fact, they safe it's just as safe, if not safer than a restaurant.
"We don't have that big of a spot (location) to hide so it's pretty easy for them (health inspector) to check us." Tina Palmisano of Jester's Catering says.
Brandon Jones is the owner of Grill of the Dead;
"I would say they're more stricter on food trucks" says Jones.
