Arrest warrant obtained for alleged shooter

Police detectives have obtained an arrest warrant for a local man in connection with a shooting that injured two men earlier this week.

On April 23rd, 2014, a warrant was issued for the arrest of 28-year-old, Deandre Anderson, of the 2100 block of North Hearne Avenue in Shreveport.

Anderson has been charged with two counts of Attempted Second Degree Murder.

An investigation led detectives to Anderson.

Anderson is a suspect in the April 21st shooting of Edward Debrow and Morell Morris while at a home located in the 2500 block of West College Street in Shreveport's Queensboro neighborhood.

It was during the course of the investigation, authorities were able to gather and secure evidence linking Anderson to the crime.

The warrant, secured by detectives, has an affixed bond amount of $250,000 per charge.
