Governor Bobby Jindal’s education reforms are costing a local school district thousands of dollars.
The Caddo Parish School Board is reviewing three charter applications.

Tuesday night they approved allowing an outside company to handle the application process. It'll cost the district $3,000.

Right now two charter schools are operating in Caddo with two new campuses opening this fall.
