Driver in fatal boating accident pleads guilty

The driver involved in a fatal boating accident pleads guilty to two counts of Manslaughter.

Last May, 22-year-old John Deselms of Tulsa, Oklahoma, drove a boat into a docked houseboat on Grand Lake.

Two passengers, Rachel Swetnam and Texarkana, Arkansas native, Trey Varner, both died.

Deselms admitted to drinking ten beers and a shot of tequila before the accident.

His sentencing is in December and faces four years to life in prison.
