Eat Smart: Cancer fighting foods

This morning Shelly Marie Redmond, a local Nutrition and Lifestyle Spokesperson, stopped by NBC 6 News Today to share some great ideas for incorporating cancer fighting foods into your diet.

Here is Shelly's Simple Berry Salad:
4 cups of fresh berries (any variety)
1/8 cup honey
2 tbsp of orange juice
2 tablespoons mint leaves

1 - Wash berries
2- Combine all ingredients in bowl and serve.

Here is Shelly's Simple Berry Fondue: 
Variety of berries (on skewers)
Light Sour Cream
Brown Sugar

1- Wash berries
2- Place berries on skewers
3- Dip berries in sour cream
4- Sprinkle on brown sugar
