Marshall firefighters worked over an hour to put out this mobile home fire on Sledge Street.
A mobile home in Marshall, Texas, burned down Sunday afternoon, with the homeowner inside.

Marshall Interim Fire Chief Reggie Cooper tells us just before 2 p.m. a neighbor called about flames coming from a home in the 2300 block of Sledge Street.

The homeowner, a man in his late forties, was found inside a small bedroom. His body was sent off for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.

Fire investigators are still trying to determine what caused the fire.
