Sounds impossible right?
Not for this week's Gold Medal Giver.
"We could not do what we do without her," said Harvest Texarkana Executive Director, Camille Parker.
Linda Mack helps in a big way.
"I just like to do it all," Mack says.
She volunteers at Harvest Texarkana, and has done so for 5 years.
"In essence, she's helping us feed people in the community," said Parker.
About 60,000 to be exact.
"To me, it's a blessing to be able to do something and give back to the community," said Mack.
Three days each week, Linda is there.
"I think the question is, what does Linda Mack not do here at Harvest Texarkana?" said Parker. "She does everything from sort food, to donate and pack mobile pantry boxes, helps with cleanup."
All so no one goes hungry.
"I see the people come in and see how appreciative they are to get the food and I know it helps them," Mack said. "My thing is, we may not feed America, but we can certainly feed all of those people in this area, as many as we can."
Which is why this week's Gold Medal Giver is Linda Mack.
"She's a fun person, her heart is in the right place and she wants to help the community," said Parker. "She's truly a God-send to us."
