Many will be celebrating Cinco De Mayo with good food and drinks, but don't forget the guacamole!

NBC 6's Jade Cunningham went to Chipotle on Youree to get the inside scoop on how to make the perfect guacamole.

While today is a big celebration, Chipotle on Tuesday (May 6th) will be hosting an even bigger one.

From 4pm-close, Chipotle will host a Teacher Appreciation Day.

Any educator (with valid ID) can buy an entree and get one free.

It includes all their main dishes: burritos, taco, salad, burrito bowls.

If you'd like to try to make your own guacamole, here's Chipotle CEO's, Steve Ells recipe:

Chipotle Mexican Grill's Spicy Guacamole
(Serves 2)

1 large ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 chopped onion
2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 large serrano chilies, seeded and chopped (leave seeds if you want it extra spicy)
1/4 teaspoon salt

-Using a fork, mash avocado with lime juice in a small bowl
-Add all other ingredients
-Stir well
