It is back to school for kids in Arkansas

More than four thousand students headed back to class. The Texarkana Arkansas School District spent nearly five million dollars to improve schools. At College Hill Middle School new lights and a new air conditioning and heating system are in place. At Union elementary and Trice elementary schools new safe houses or storm shelters have been built. In case of severe weather students can be move into these buildings for safety.
