The Louisiana Film Prize is excited to announce they have broken last year's record for registrations.

They saw 105 registrations this year, compared to 86 last year.

This video is from a film entered last year called "Silo," it was shot on a horse farm near Minden.

They will announce the top 20 entries on August 12 at the Robinson Film Center.
