Capital One glitch affects customers' accounts

SHREVEPORT - Capital One has customers checking twice after looking at their bank accounts Wednesday morning.

The company issued a statement on Twitter that support teams are working to fix the situation that saw some customers missing hundreds, if not thousands of dollars from their accounts. The glitch double-charged Capital One customers on recent debit card transactions and now the bank is in damage control.

Capital One has not said how long they expect glitch to last.
