UPDATE: Second suspect arrested for shooting outside a local Taco Bell

HAUGHTON, La. - UPDATE:

A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the Feb. 12 shooting at the Taco Bell restaurant in the 500 block of Stockwell Rd.

Deion Sanders Bryant, 20, of Haughton was arrested Tuesday for attempted first degree murder on a warrant obtained by detectives with the BCPD’s Violent Crimes Unit.

An investigation found that Bryant along with the first suspect arrested in this case, Keiuntre Meshaun Normandin, fired gunshots at the victim during the incident.

Bryant was booked into the Bossier Parish Maximum Security Facility with bond set at $400,000.
 

 

ORIGINAL STORY:

An investigation into a shooting earlier this week outside a local fast food restaurant has resulted in the arrest of a  Haughton teenager.

On Wednesday Bossier City Police arrested Keiuntre Meshaun Normandin, 19, for Attempted First Degree Murder.

Normandin is charged with shooting Caleb Thompson, 20, of Haughton Sunday night in the parking lot of the Taco  Bell restaurant in the 500 block of Stockwell Rd.

Thompson sustained a gunshot wound to his face and was transported to University Health for treatment.

Normandin was booked into the Bossier Parish Maximum Security Facility and his bond was set at $300,000.
