BOSSIER CITY, La. - You will have one last chance to shout your best “Throw me something, mister” to catch beads, doubloons,
and other trinkets at the Fat Tuesday Children’s Mardi Gras Parade.
The event will take place from 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m., Feb. 28 at Pierre Bossier Mall.
The Krewe de les Femmes Mystique, is bringing back the popular parade previously hosted by the Krewe of Aesclapius.
The parade will feature various Krewes from the Ark-La-Tex, local law enforcement agencies, school groups, and marching units, will be held in a family-friendly environment providing enjoyment for all ages.
Krewe de les Femmes Mystique, an all-women Krewe, provides community service and support with an emphasis on helping women and children.
Local guitar legend and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Member James Burton will serve as the Grand Marshall.

Children’s parade in our area. Children will have a chance to see Mardi Gras royalty and some of the best floats from the previous parades along with other military and first responder vehicles”.
