Late night stabbing leaves one injured, one behind bars

DESOTO PARISH, La. - A man is recovering from his injuries and another is in jail following an overnight stabbing in DeSoto Parish.

The stabbing happened shortly after 11:45 p.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of Meadow Dr. in Gloster.  

When deputies arrived they found a man who had been stabbed multiple times.

The suspect, identified as 23-year-old Dylan D. Johnson, of Gloster, admitted to detectives that he stabbed the victim.

Johnson was booked into the DeSoto Parish Detention Center for Attempted Second Degree Murder.
