The holidays are over and the food bank needs help restocking

SHREVEPORT, La - The Food Bank of Northwest Louisiana helps so many people during the holidays. They need more donations to start off the New Year. The food bank distributed more than a million pounds of food in December, which equals more than 725,000 meals. Local non-profit groups and churches depend on the food bank to help with their food pantries. Now it's time for the food bank to restock.
Martha Marak, Food Bank executive director says,"children depend on our programs for a lot of their meals and if we don't have enough food here at the food bank then it's very difficult for us to meet the community needs." If you'd like to donate food or money click here
