UPDATE: Teen arrested for shooting two people in Texarkana

Texarkana, AR - UPDATE: Texarkana, Arkansas Police arrest a 16-year-old for a shooting earlier this month that injured two people.

The teen is charged with nine counts of Terroristic Act, 23 counts of Aggravated Assault, and two counts of Battery 2nd. 

Police have arrest warrants for two other juveniles.

Police say a shooting occurred at Quill Creek Apt's off of E 35th Street in Texarkana, AR around 3:00 PM while school buses were running at two nearby schools.

Officials say the shooting stems from an altercation between two people at the apartments.

Two people were shot while attempting to leave the Complex.  One of those who is not a resident of the apartments was hit three times.

Both were taken to Wadely regional medical center with nonlife-threatening injuries.

It is still under investigation.
