Tulane University’s institute on water resources and law policy held an event to talk about managing Louisiana's shrinking water systems.

A special presentation was given on their Restore Act.

The goal is to revitalize wetlands and the ecosystem surrounding the Gulf of Mexico to create possibilities for the future.

The event was held at the Red River National Wildlife Refuge in Bossier City.
