Union Pacific Railroad officials say they are looking into the issue.  Motorist say the railroad crossing arm will often times go down and stay down for several minutes but no trains come through the crossing. The crossing is at 67 and east 19th street.  Some frustrated motorist who get fed up drive past the arms breaking the law and risking their own safety.  People tell us at times the arms remain down for hours at a time without a train passing through.
