Your Health Matter: Teen Pregnancy Rates Dropping

A new report from the CDC examines data on 15 to 17 year-olds and the rate of births per 1,000 teens in that age group declined 67 percent between 1991 and 2012.

Still 1,700 hundred teens are delivering babies each week and Arkansas and Texas remains two of the states with the highest teen birth rates.
