It's week 2 for the Pop-UP Project, and one restaurant is helping people eat healthy!

It's called GreenHouse Food Truck and is one of 12 businesses participating in the first-ever Pop-UP Project.

The idea for GreenHouse Food Truck was created by Adrienne Brown.

She was a student at LSUS and came up with the idea from a school project.

After presenting her ideas, she got support from faculty and put it into action.

GreenHouse Food Truck covers delicious cuisine including her famous Chipotle Mayo Burger.

She also has salads, sandwiches, and a Strawberry Pound Cake that will have you coming back for more.

The Pop-UP Project allowed her to put her ideas into action, and gave her the confidence needed to move forward and find a location in the area.

Almost all of her products are fresh organic, that is bought here in the ArkLaTex.

More information can be found on her Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/greenhousefoodtruck.
