Search is over for suspect who robbed busine

Texarkana, Texas Police have captured a man who allegedly held up a store back in January.

Richard Darby III, 17, of Nash, Texas was taken into custody around 3 p.m. Wednesday and charged with Aggravated Robbery. 

The robbery happened on Jan. 29 at a business in the 3400 block of New Boston Rd. 

Darby is accused of entering the store with a small handgun and demanded the clerk to give him money from the register and a box of cigars.  Darby allegedly fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
