The city wants your input on Retirement plan changes

The City of Shreveport wants you input on changes to employee retirement plans.
The plan is in its early stages but city workers already have proposals.
Councilman Oliver Jenkins says city retirement plans have been under financial strain since the recession in 2008.
The next step is to revise the proposal and eventually take it to City Council for a vote.
