Three men indicted for 1st Degree Murder

A Grand Jury has indicted three DeSoto Parish men for 1st Degree Murder in the robbery and death of an elderly man. 

The indictment was handed down on Monday against Dalduran  Brandon,  Martavia  King and Malcolm Hall, Jr. for Armed Robbery with a Gun and Aggravated Burglary. 

Last month Brandon, King and Hall allegedly broke a window and entered the home of 79-year-old Nathaniel Cash.

Investigators believe the men of choked Cash and bound him breaking a vertebrae in his neck.  The three are also accused of stealing a pistol and money from Cash. 

The next morning Cash's daughter found him dead with his hands tied behind his back.

The arraignment for Brandon, King and Hall is set for April 16.   If convicted, all three men face the death penalty.
