A local youth is donating her time and money to help the homeless.

Alyssa Hagedorn is a 6 year-old member of Shreveport Community Church. Recently the church raised over $900,000 for world missions, which inspired the Shreveport native to have her own fundraiser- a lemonade stand.

With a goal of $500 this 6 year wants to donate all of her earnings to the homeless.

Remington College on Bert Kouns has agreed to let Alyssa use their parking for her stand on national lemonade day- May 3rd.
