Authorities nab three suspects for breaking into home

Three people have been arrested in connection with a home burglary in west Shreveport.

Ty'shon Sowery, 19, Tyren Willis, 18, and a 16-year-old juvenile were taken into custody by police.

The burglary happened May 8 at a home in the 2800 block of Bibb St.

During the arrest the juvenile escaped and fled into a wooded area.

A short time later the 16-year-old was located with the assistance of a K-9.  The teen was taken to University Health for treatment of a dog bite.

All three suspects were charged with a single count each of Burglary of an Inhabited Dwelling.  The juvenile is also charged with Simple Escape. 

Sowery and Willis were booked into the Shreveport City Jail.
