The Shreveport street saga could be coming to an end. Tuesday council members could give the green light on $75 million street improvement bonds.

The project has been on hold with the controversy surrounding the city's financial adviser. With a new team in place neighbors hope there aren't any more roadblocks.

Monday council discussed issuing the street improvement bonds. This would fund pavement, sewer and drainage repairs.

Neighbors living on Browning Street say drainage upgrades are long overdue.
