President Obama toured storm-ravaged Arkansas Wednesday as communities there, and across at least a dozen states, continue to clean up the damage left by a deadly string of tornadoes.
"When something like this happens to a wonderful community like this it happens to all of us and we've got to be there for them," President Obama said.
Fifteen people were killed in Arkansas in the April 27 tornado outbreak; at least 35 died across the South and Midwest in storms spawned by the same weather system.
