Police nab two suspects for burglarizing local bus

Two men are behind bars in connection with an early morning burglary at a Shreveport business.

The burglary happened shortly before 3 a.m. Wednesday at the Edge clothing store in the 2400 block of Lakeshore Dr.

Brandon Adams, 18, and Kaylin Flemings, 19, were taken into custody after evidence linking them to burglary was found in a nearby home.

Authorities also recovered thousands of dollars in merchandise stolen from the store. 

Adams and Flemings were booked into the Shreveport City Jail and charged with a single count of Simple burglary. 

Adams faces an additional charge of resisting an officer, while Flemings was additionally booked on unrelated traffic warrants.
