Shreveport Police detectives are investigating the alleged kidnapping and assault of a woman following a social gathering at a west Shreveport home Sunday morning.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Timothy Christian, 45, who is charged with one count of second degree kidnapping and one count of second degree battery.

Shortly after 3:30 a.m. today (August 10, 2014), Shreveport Police were called to a local hospital where contact was made with an adult female who advised authorities she was kidnapped while attending a social gathering held at a home in the 1700 block of Looney Street.
