This weekend's sportsman's expo was just about as good as it gets for Ark-La-Tex outdoors men and women, along with special events for kids.

"I really like seeing all of the fishing stuff," said Tori Ligman. "We have a bayou in our backyard and we just go fishing there a lot."

The Bayou State Bow Hunter's Archery Tournament was a big hit, as well as the kid-friendly Fetch N' Fish show that featured the best dogs around.

Texas Snake Man, Jackie Bibby, was back from last year, charming young and old alike with his stunts.

"What we do is dangerous," said Bibby. "But, it's entertainment and that's what we're here for."

Custom-made rifles were also featured at the event by 5-5-6 Tactical.

"It's kind of like Barbie for men," said company owner Colin Evans.

The company even makes rifles for rock bands like Five Finger Death Punch.

"The guitarist wanted to match his Ferrari and he has a gun-rack in his Ferrari with his rifle that matches," Evans said.

The Sportsman's Expo ended at 5 o'clock today.
