A substitute teacher at Parkway High School is facing charges for having sexual relations with a 17-year-old earlier this month in Haughton.

On Monday Chelsea Alexander, 29, was arrested by summons and charged with Prohibited Sexual Conduct between Educator and Student.

The investigation was initiated by an anonymous tip to Bossier CrimeStoppers.

If convicted, Alexander could face up to 6 months in prison and up to $1,000 fine.
