Suspect flees after robbing hotel at gunpoint

Investigators need your help identifying a suspect who held up a hotel in west Shreveport.

The robbery happened around 1 a.m. back on June 13 at the Motel 6 in the 7200 block of Greenwood Rd.

A man allegedly entered the business armed with a handgun and demanded money from the clerk.  He then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect described as a white male with a tall slim build and possibly a ponytail.  He was wearing a green polo style shirt underneath a black jacket, jeans, black baseball cap and armed with a black semi-auto handgun. You can view the suspect by clicking this surveillance video <>
