Authorities have locked up a man and a woman in connection with a robbery in Bowie Co.

Jackie Watson and Ruszell Traylor have been charged with aggravated robbery and burglary of a habitation.

Traylor, who was already in Arkansas custody on unrelated charges, recently confessed to investigators that he committed the robbery and burglary in the Simms area.

Traylor also told detectives that Jackie Watson was with him at the time he committed the crimes.

When Watson was interviewed, she too confessed to committing the crimes.  She has also been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and her bond has been set at $100,000 for each charge.

Traylor and Watson are accused of breaking into a home on Farm to Market Rd. 990 back on May 26.

Keitha Parker went to check on the vacant house when she found Traylor inside.  Traylor allegedly hit Parker in the head several times with a gun before taking her keys and fleeing in her SUV.

Authorities believe Watson later picked up Traylor in a Toyota after getting rid of Parker's vehicle.

Parker was treated at Wadley Hospital for injuries.
