Warrant issued for suspect in recent cigarette thefts

Bossier City Police have obtained an arrest warrant for one of two suspects wanted in a string of cigarette thefts at local Circle K stores.

BCPD Property Crimes detectives have secured a warrant for the arrest of Erol Walter, 33, on a charge of simple robbery.

Detectives were able to identify Walter from a tip that was called into Bossier Crimes Stoppers. 

Walter is a black male, standing 6'1" tall, weighing approximately 200 lbs. and reportedly has multiple tattoos on both arms.

Anyone with information on Walter's whereabouts is asked to call Bossier Crime Stoppers at (318) 424-4100. 

Meanwhile, police are still trying to identify a woman who is the second suspect in this case. Anyone who can help police locate her is asked to contact Bossier Crime Stoppers as well.
