Two employees arrested for battery at juvenile fac

Two security counselors are behind bars for allegedly mistreating juvenile inmates.

Allan Brown, 29, and Irma Williams, 45, who were both employees with the Caddo Juvenile Detention Center, were taken into custody by Caddo Sheriff's Det. Dorothy Carter of the Youth Services Division.

Brown, who worked with CJDC for 5 years, is accused of pinning a 15-year-old boy down, leaning on him with his weight and pushing his elbows into the boy's chest back on Nov. 15.

Williams, who worked with CJDC for 8 years, is accused of slapping a 15-year-old boy in the mouth with the back of her hand back on Jan. 6.

Brown was charged with 2 counts of simple battery and Williams was charged with 1 count of simple battery.
