UPDATE: Father, son identified in fatal semi accident

An early morning accident on I-30 has killed at least two people and has also caused traffic delays.

Texas DPS tells NBC 6 News that emergency crews are on scene of an early morning accident near Nash, Texas.

They say that an 18-wheeler drove off an overpass into an embankment next to 2148 in Nash, Texas.

Authorities tells us it happened Friday morning around 4:27.

At least two people have died from the accident. According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, they have been identified as 46-year old Brian Witkowski and his son, 21-year old James Witkowski.  We're told they are from New Jersey.

Interstate 30 is still open at this time, but traffic is moving slow so expect delays. 

The 18-wheeler is said to be a car hauler.
