EJ Williams receives Player of the Week

October 11, 2017 - The Parkway Panthers picked up their second district win of the year over Captain Shreve this past week. A big part of that was because of play from running back EJ Williams. Williams was presented with the player of the week trophy courtesy of Buds Trophy Case. He ran for 226 yards rushing and 4 touchdowns against Captain Shreve. Coach May couldn't be happier to see him succeed and EJ attributes his successes to the offensive line.
EJ Williams said: First play of the game it stared out we were running the ball we got 45 yards on the first play of the game but I couldn't do it without these boys right here they make everything happen and we work so hard at practice we always just try to get holes open find better schemes for me to run through and I appreciate them a lot for that."

Neil May said: "EJ took that leadership role on our offense and our team hes such a great young man great family and for him to have the success hes had in running the footbll were just so happy for him."
