BOSSIER CITY, La - Haughton used a three-run sixth inning to get by Airline 3-1.

Trailing 1-0 heading into the top of the sixth inning, Haughton head coach Glenn Mayor gathered his players and told them that all they need is one good inning, and they could walk out with a win.

That same inning, John Tomb lolipopped a two RBI single over Airline first baseman Chase Rivers head, giving the Bucs a 3-1 lead.

Haughton starter David Rost took that lead and shut the door. Rost delivered a 6 2/3 inning performance, allowing four hits.
