Natchitoches Central tops Captain Shreve in State Semi's

This young Lady Gator team was right there within reach the majority of the game but the Lady Chiefs breaking the glass on the offensive rebounds proved to give them the advantage in the 49-41 final both teams agreeing it wasn't the prettiest battle out there tonight but they couldn't be more excited looking ahead into both programs futures.

Coach Keith Greene - With a young group freshman we have 8 or 9 new varsity players this year battling injuries and starting freshman our future is bright

Kennedi Heard - Just motivation to come back stronger next season work harder perfect everything that we made mistakes today and we're going to come back stronger next season

Coach Nikki Jones - Oh it was huge, that was our main thing all week we knew if we could box out and maintain the second chance points we had a better chance. They did an extremely good job I think Trinity Davis ended up with 13 rebounds our guard ended up with 11 I mean they just, they worked tonight.

Jolie Williams - It was a good feeling. It really was a good feeling we had it on our minds all week.  When we come together as a team and we know what we can do. It comes together like we good at it.

So the Lady Chiefs coming out victorious tonight looking to complete their season mission here on Saturday.
