Tenaha preps for rematch with Timpson in regional final

When you strategize against an opponent you look for their weak spots and where you'll have advantages. Well, if you're facing this Tenaha team, that's going to be a challenge. The Tigers are undefeated on their season,  have an enormous amount of fire power on the offensive side of the ball not to mention a defense that's only allowed 71 points the entire season. This week they're facing a Timpson team that they've already met up with earlier in the year winning 40-6 but regardless of that coach Craig Horn says hes staying focused seeking this perfection.

Craig Horn said: When you're playing from the perspective of where you're the Goliath it can be challenging for you. On top of that you have to keep kids motivated and mentally focused as well as physically prepared to play the game so its an immense challenge. You don't take anyone lightly you know we have to prepare for Timpson as if they're a 40 point favorite on us we have to seek perfection on Thursday night. We wont play perfect nobody ever does but that's what we're out here practicing trying to reach is perfection and if we play as close to perfect as we're capable of playing then we don't have to worry about the opponent.

Tenaha Linebacker Tavoris Giles said, "Just working on getting better, making sure we don't underestimate anyone and to keep playing how we normally play."
