Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics Joe Alleva has announced former Virginia Commonwealth University head basketball coach Will Wade will lead the LSU basketball program as its new head coach.
Wade spent the last two seasons in Richmond leading the Rams to a 51-20 record and two straight NCAA Tournament appearances.
