A phone scam is targeting senior citizens in Texarkana,Texas.

Investigators say a man who identifies himself as John Baker from Mega Millions in Las Vegas is calling the elderly and telling them they have won a cash prize and need to send $55 via a Green Dot money card.

The caller, who had a Jamaican accent, also referenced the city mayor's office, local police officers and FBI Agents to attempt to prove legitimacy.  The man also provided a nationally infamous call back number of (702) 359-2281.

Authorities want to remind residents not to give personal or banking information over the phone.
