A utility worker with Bossier City is facing criminal charges after he allegedly exposed himself in public.

James Lafitte, 24, was booked into the Bossier City Jail Tuesday night on charges of indecent behavior with a juvenile and obscenity.

Lafitte is accused of exposing himself in the 6000 block of Parliament Dr. and in the 2600 block of Bardot Lane.  Investigators say Lafitte was in the presence of a 12-year-old girl during one of the incidents.

Lafitte was also charged in connection with a third incident that happened Monday in a parking lot in the 800 block of Benton Road.
