Officials at Bossier Parish Community College are thrilled to announce that 100% of the graduates from its most recent respiratory therapy class have passed the National Certified Respiratory Therapy exam.

The CRT exam measures the essential knowledge, skills, and abilities required of entry-level respiratory therapists. It covers three major content areas: clinical data, equipment, and therapeutic procedures.

BPCC respiratory graduate Cindy Corley scored one of the highest national board exam scores on the CRT exam in the state of Louisiana with a 95%.

According to BPCC Respiratory Therapy Program Director Tim Gilmore Corley was always a high performer in the program.  Gilmore said, "We are extremely proud to have such an overall high passage rate from all our graduates. I am confident she, along with her classmates, will be great respiratory therapists."
